Meet The Team
Approach
We are currently only seeing clients via Telehealth (video) though we hope to resume in-person sessions again at some point. We enjoy working collaboratively with our clients. "Collaboratively," meaning we trust that our clients are the experts of their life story who happen to need some perspective shifts, some new tools and/or process through pain, together, in a safe place. We believe it to be of great importance to treat issues through an integrative, systemic and holistic lens (all aspects) of a person's life - the psychological, biological, sociological, emotional and spiritual.
Techniques
We use a variety of techniques in therapy that are evidence based and which incorporates the experiential as well as some practical psycho-educational tools. We are trained in Restoration Therapy which looks at addressing emotional pain through a "pain cycle" and how to begin living life from a "peace cycle." We are also trained in Gottman therapy for couples and are equipped for Christian counseling as well. If Christian Counseling is not what one is looking for, we are respectful and mindful to approach our sessions without that emphasis. Our goal is to journey with you to find healing, restoration and freedom in self, love & life.

Practice Details
Practice Details
Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes long, often one day per week. Fee per session is $200. Sliding scale and lower fee options are available through the Associate MFT and Intern who are supervised by Michelle. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. HSA or FSA cards are accepted as well. Please read about the "Good Faith Estimate" under the new federal mandate called "The No Surprises Act."
Insurance
At this time, ReEnvision Marriage and Family Therapy PLLC, does not take insurance. It is an out-of-network provider. If you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your coverage. While many insurance companies recognize out-of-network reimbursement, not all do. Please contact your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for mental health services.
Cancellations
There is a 48 hour notice of cancellation requirement. The full fee will be charged if there is failure to notify.
